POLLUTION PREVENTION AND CONTROL
Companies have always had a need for destruction and the safe disposal of serviceable yet unwanted goods. Items such as pharmaceuticals, confidential documentation and redundant consumables such as counterfeit goods, tins (full), confidential multi-media products, expired food products etc. often require total destruction, ensuring that Company branding, quality, confidentiality and market integrity is protected at all costs.
Safe Disposal containers can vary in size, are fully welded and have closed tops and lockable lids. They are used for the collection of goods for safe disposal. Clients are welcome to observe the entire destruction process, after which a certificate is issued. Incineration can be effected after all the safe disposal goods have been boxed, labeled and securely sealed. The goods are then transported and loaded into a licensed incinerator – burning emissions between 850oC and 1350oC. Alternatively full safe disposal containers can be collected and transported to a licensed landfill facility where a 2 meter trench is excavated. The goods are then tipped, crushed and buried by a 35 ton landfill compactor.
We also offer a static and mobile shredder method where goods are shredded at a rate of 60m3 per hour. Security is guaranteed as goods arrive in a security fenced compound for shredding. The shredded product is then re-loaded for disposal at a landfill site.
